Overview

GreenStreet is the project owner of the first LEED-H Certified Gold Project in Arizona, and the first NAHB Emerald Certified Remodel in the United States. Pioneers of sustainable development, and leaders of green education.

I was approached by Philip Beere, GS founder, to help him augment expanding LEED real estate development business and green education offerings on the web. I’ve responded with a clean, professional website, built on a solid WordPress backend. Online marketing strategy was developed as a healthy mix of data-driven SEO campaign and cost-effective email marketing.
